Shipping & Returns Policy

Order Processing: Daily cutoff for orders is 1:00 PM CST. All orders placed before 1:00 PM CST will begin processing on that day (Monday-Thursday). Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST and orders placed at any time on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping: Shop.evamor.com offers ground shipping from Louisiana to the contiguous United States. We do not deliver to the territories, Hawaii or Alaska at this time. The cost of shipping is included in the purchase price of our items on the website.

Delivery: If there is a possibility that no one will be at home to receive your order, we strongly recommend you have your order sent to a business address to ensure delivery.

Email Notification: After you shop and check out, you will receive an email notification stating that your order is in process. We will then proceed to pack your order for shipment. If all items are in stock and are ready for shipment, your credit card will be processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will be notified via email with a tracking number and instructions.

Returns or Refunds: All orders are non-refundable and all sales are final. By placing an order on our website all customers agree to these terms. Should your order not arrive, please contact customer service for assistance at questions@evamor.com.
